The Mt. Airy Inn is a bona fide local favorite and one helluva good restaurant! Becoming a semi-regular and have NEVER been disappointed. The food is excellent. Four of us came here for breakfast this morning, and it was a great experience. Three of us ordered 120 MPH Special (one Belgian Waffle, two eggs, two strips of bacon and potatoes) one of us substituted the waffle for their Legendary French Toast. Our other person ordered Eggs Benedict, everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Our waitress was excellent, with outstanding people skills that made the visit even more enjoyable. Love their all-day breakfast! Had the Eggs Benedict Chesapeake (with crab cakes) and my husband had their incredible chicken pot pie that has a delicious crust on the top. Service is always good and the atmosphere has a warm and cozy feel. Plenty of parking.

I go here sometimes. It's a really nice place. The parking might look full in the front, but there is parking all over that little shopping center. Anyway, the food is always good. I usually get a burger, but I did get the Steak Oscar with onion rings and coleslaw. They have a nice selection of beer as well. Owner and staff are friendly and accommodating. The menu has something for everyone's taste buds. My gf, daughter and I got the flat bread bruschetta, buffalo chicken wrap and fries, Margherita pizza and chicken pot pie. Plenty of food to go around and all the meals tasted great. Big on flavor and big portions. Definitely worth it. Go by and check them out. They serve breakfast all day.
